This company is always on time. I called because I thought my trash had not been collected. Customer service showed my can as being dumped. I went back to check and the trash was indeed dumped. I did not even realize because my can was put back exactly as I left it! The lady on the phone was very bubbly and helpful. Marking the switch to Trash Away has been one less headache for me. Kudos to you!

I left this morning only to notice an animal had gotten in my trash and left a mess, so I figured I would come home and clean it up since I was already running late. I came home to an empty trash can and EVERYTHING was cleaned up! I was honestly shocked because other companies come through my area and scatter trash all over and don't look back. I know it took more time than it should've for them to stop and clean up the mess. I APPRECIATE that they went out of their way to help me out! I love being able to support a local business and will continue to do so!

I've had this company for almost 3 years and It's consistent, they answer the phone when I need to contact them, excellent customer service.

I have other companies trying to get my business but I don't care how much Trash Away charges, I would never change. They are worth the money. The driver always has my can back where I put it. Office is responsive.

We love trash away! I have not had one single issue with this trash service and I'd be ok if I had to pay a little more. That's how satisfied I am. There were 2 weeks in a row that we forgot to put our cans out, it was a crazy time....I called and they said it was at the discretion of the driver but theyd reach out to him. They came back! While I know this isnt something I could make a habit of it was nice and they didnt have to give me that courtesy. There is NO WAY my last trash company would have done this, no way. Trash away always answers the phone, always... they take quick payment and keep my cans tidy on my curb. We love them!

My husband and I moved here 5 months ago. We signed up for your service because your prices were competitive and you were recommended by neighbors. Never once have we had a problem, and your pickup guys are always friendly and efficient.

I have not had any issues with this company. They always answer the phone and I was surprised when I left them a message over the weekend that they actually called me back. The customer service was warm and welcoming and my trash is consistently dumped.

Just signed up 2 months and referred from a neighbor so we are happy so make the switch. Received great service today when I called to get the holiday schedule and it's just refreshing to get someone on the phone right away.
